VP & DIRECTOR, CUSTOMER & APPLICANT EXPERIENCE
Theresa combines her 25 years of experience working with clients across industries - hospitality, education, legal, technology, and philanthropy - to create best in class experiences for E4E Relief's stakeholders. Theresa joined E4E Relief to lead our customer and applicant experience team after more than a decade as an independent Management Consultant specializing in facilitation, digital equity, learning and technology, and most recently as a Project Manager and Director of Operations with the Foundation For The Carolinas. She offers agility and depth as she leads her team and continues to develop the field of employee relief in partnership with clients. In her role, she also ensures relief applicants have a seamless experience accessing resources in their time of need.
Creating experiences is a passion Theresa carries through both her professional and personal life. As a Montana native, she grew up exploring Glacier National Park, where her love for adventures and the outdoors was born. Now, in her spare time, exploring new locales around the world is her favorite hobby. Fun fact: The only U.S. state she hasn't visited is Alaska; her plan is to go for her 50th birthday, making that 50 states in 50 years!
