Sabrina Hall

VP, Human Resources

"Just give it to me, I'll do it" isn't just Sabrina Hall's personal brand tagline—it's the philosophy that's propelled her to VP & Director of Human Resources at E4E Relief. As a master juggler, Sabrina redefines what "HR" means by putting the emphasis firmly on "human."

Behind her professional demeanor lurks a closeted Hip Hop head with an unexpected superpower: making people laugh. "I'm funny!" she'll tell you with steely blue-eyed confidence. And, although she can recite 90s rap like she went to Tupac Shakur school, Des'ree's "You Gotta Be" more closely syncs with her as life verses.

"You've got to have grit. Be ready to BE the solution to problems," is what she'd advise potential team members looking to join E4E Relief. That philosophy of finding a way despite seemingly insurmountable obstacles is quintessentially Sabrina – a professional who's built a career on putting others first. You don't have to be Angela Lansbury to understand why she’s the people lead at E4E Relief – the organization of leaders who pioneered Emergency Financial Relief for people who find themselves burdened with unexpected expenses after disasters and hardships. She was born to care for the people who make that happen.

Her career path took an unexpected turn when she was promoted from Inside Sales to HR early on – an inspired diversion that revealed her true path. "I care about making a difference in peoples' lives," she explains. Though, if HR hadn't worked out, she'd likely be knee-deep in either forensic psychology or third-world archaeological digs (yes, the hardcore kind).

Ask about her favorite English word and she'll diplomatically decline to share—"I wouldn't be a proper HR professional if I shared that word." This hint of mischief speaks to the multidimensional woman who's been hired as a photographer and believes Fridays should be universally designated as free days.

If you’re looking for someone who can solve a crisis before lunchtime, and still make you laugh in the break room, Sabrina Hall is your person. She’s proof that HR isn’t just about policies—it’s about people, grit and a dash of well-timed Andre 3000 lyrics.
