What to Expect When Receiving a Grant Payment Outside of the U.S.
If your grant application is approved, you will first get an award confirmation email from E4E Relief.
After that, you’ll get another email from our payment provider. This email will include:
-
A link to register
-
A list of information you’ll need to provide
Important: If you’ve already registered with one of our payment providers before, the instructions you get might look a little different.

What You Need to Know:
-
When you register with the payment provider, they might ask for extra documents to prove your identity.
-
After you finish registering, the payment provider (not E4E Relief) will start the payment process.
-
It usually takes about two weeks to get your payment after you finish registering — but this can take longer if:
-
The payment provider needs more info from you
-
There are issues related to your country or current global events
-
If you enter any wrong or missing information, your payment might be delayed.
-
Be sure to check your email often, so you don’t miss any updates or requests for more info.
