What to expect when receiving your grant via CAF America/Convera
How to access and accept your grant award
Step 1. Locate your grant award email
Check your inbox (including spam and junk folders) for a confirmation email from DoNotReply@e4erelief.org.

This email includes a list of required information and a link to begin the payment registration process.
Step 2. Access online bank information form
Use the registration link provided in your award email to complete the online bank information form.

A new registration is required for each approved grant.
Step 3. Complete the registration
To ensure timely payment, confirm your bank details with your bank before submitting. Fill out all required fields. Fill out your name exactly as it appears on your account.

After submission, allow up to 14 business days for review and approval.
Important banking restrictions

Enter your actual bank account number. Payments cannot be processed using your credit card, pre-paid card, or debit card numbers.

Contact your bank to confirm it can receive international wire transfers from Convera.
Step 4: Payee ID instructions
You will be required to enter a unique Payee ID Number to complete the registration process. Your Payee ID is the six numbers that follow the term "PAY” in your grant award email.

Please do not enter your application number that begins with RSP or NRSP in the Payee ID field.

Please do not enter a Payee ID number associated with a previous grant award.
Please note, once you complete the registration process, it is possible that you will be asked to provide additional proof of your identity.
Step 5. Confirm successful registration
Look for a confirmation email from noreplygpme@gpme.convera.com in your inbox or spam folder.
Step 6. Monitor your email
If additional information is needed, Convera will contact you within 5 business days via VendorManagement@convera.com. Please respond promptly to any compliance requests.
Step 7. Receive your payment
Once your payment is initiated, you’ll receive a confirmation email from pay-alert@notifications.convera.com.
Funds are typically credited within 10 business days, though timing may vary by country and bank.
