International Grant Payment Guide:

Convera 

The steps below overview what to expect if you receive a grant payment from Convera.

  1. If your application is approved, you will receive an award confirmation from E4E Relief. In this message, Convera will be noted as the payment partner.

    • The award confirmation will include a list of required information and a registration link.

    • Please note that once you enter all your information, it is possible that you will be asked to provide additional proof of your identity.

  2. Use the link provided to register with Convera; once completed, you will see a confirmation message on the screen.

  3. Once you register, you will receive a follow-up email from Convera letting you know if more information is needed. Please be advised that inaccurate information may cause delays in financial assistance being processed to you.

  4. If nothing else is needed, Convera will send a confirmation email with an estimate of when you can expect payment to be deposited in your bank account.

  5. Though payment processing timeframes can vary based on current events or country of residence, you should expect to receive an international payment within two weeks of completing your registration with Convera.

    • This processing timeline can change if Convera requests additional information from you. Please be sure to monitor your email to ensure timely processing of your award.
