International Grant Payment Guide: Tipalti 

The steps below overview what to expect if you expect an international relief award payment from Tipalti.

  1. If your application is approved, you will receive an award confirmation from E4E Relief. In this message it will note that you will hear from one of our payment partners.

  2. Following the notification from E4E Relief, you will receive an email notification from Tipalti with a list of required information and a link to register.

    • Please note that once you enter all your information, it is possible that you will be asked to provide additional proof of your identity. This email will also request bank account information as part of the payment confirmation process.

  3. Once you click the link to register, you will be taken to an online form. Please note that some fields on this form may be pre-filled, based on details provided during the application process.

  4. Complete the form and confirm all pre-filled information is accurate. Make sure the “type” field at the top of the form has the “individual” ratio button selected. Click next.  

  5. After you click “next”, you will go to the payment details form where you will choose how you would like to receive your grant payment from a drop-down list. Click next to complete the process.

  6. Once you complete your registration, you will receive a notification email confirming that you successfully registered, and your payment will be on its way.
