International Grant Payment Guide: Tipalti 

What to expect when receiving your grant via Tipalti

If you have an existing Tipalti account, log in to the company portal with your credentials and confirm your payment details are accurate.

  • If no updates are made, your grant payment will be processed using the existing payment method.

How to access and accept your grant award 

Step 1. Locate your grant award email and access the platform

  • Check your inbox, spam, or junk folder for an grant award email from DoNotReply@e4erelief.org.

  • This email contains a link to register for payment via the company portal.

  • Click the link in your grant award email to access the Tipalti platform.

  • If a Proxy completed your application, you will receive a separate email with required information and a unique registration link. Use that link to create a new account. 

Step 2. Log in or create an account

Use your existing Relief Program credentials to log in or follow the prompts to create a new account.   

Step 3. Complete the two-factor authentication (2FA) verification
Step 4. Complete the registration

To ensure timely payment, confirm your bank details with your bank before submitting.  Fill out all required fields.  Fill out your name exactly as it appears on your account.  

Important Banking Restrictions

  • Contact your bank to confirm that it can receive international wire transfers from Tipalti.

Please note, once you complete the registration process, it is possible that you will be contacted by noreply@tipalti.com to provide additional proof of your identity.

Step 5. Monitor your email

If further information is needed, Tipalti or a member of the E4E Relief Team will follow up via email.  Please respond promptly and complete any required compliance steps.  

Step 6. Receive Your Payment 

Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from DoNotReply@e4erelief.org.
