Closed - Application Ineligible: The information entered did not meet the program guidelines.

Withdrawn/Closed: You manually closed your application, or it timed out due to inactivity.
Application Review
These statuses mean your application is being reviewed, and additional steps may be required.

Ready for Review: Our team is reviewing your application. Nothing is needed from you at this time.

Additional Information Required: Our team needs additional information from you. Please check your email for details about what is needed.

Interview Required: An interview is required for your application. Please call your program phone number and follow the voice prompts to speak with an agent.

Document Verification: We are verifying the documents attached to your application. You’ll receive an email update once the review is complete.

On Hold: Your relief program is on hold, so we are unable to process applications at this time. Once the hold is lifted, we will resume processing applications in the order they were received. No further action is needed from you at this time.
Application Decision
A decision has been made on your application. You’ll receive an email with one of the following statuses.

Closed - Incomplete Documentation: Requested documentation was not provided within the required time. If you would still like to request assistance, you’ll need to reapply.

Grant Awarded: Your application has been approved. Please check your email for instructions on how to register and receive your grant payment.

Grant Not Awarded: Your application was not awarded. You’ll receive an email explaining why.
