If my application is approved, how will I receive my payment?

Your relief payment will be provided by the company sponsoring the fund via the company’s payroll system or a similar payment method.

 

When should I expect to receive my payment?

If your application is approved, you will receive an award confirmation email from E4E Relief, specifying that the sponsoring company will disburse your relief payment. Typically, payment arrives  3-4 weeks after you receive the email. 

 

Will I be responsible for taxes on my relief payment?

Relief payments are not loans and do not have to be repaid. For award recipients located outside of the U.S., it is recommended that you check with a local tax advisor for more information about this payment.

If your relief payment is provided via the sponsoring company’s payroll, then applicable country taxes and social contributions will be included.

 

I received an award confirmation email; do I need to do anything?

After receiving your award confirmation email, you should expect to receive your payment within 3-4 weeks.

Si el subsidio de ayuda se paga a través de la nómina de la compañía patrocinadora, se incluirán los impuestos y los aportes previsionales aplicables en el país.
